It’s a partnership program that lets you earn commissions by promoting Essensa’s health & wellness products using your unique link and/or promo code. We handle inventory, shipping, and customer support—you focus on sharing and earning.

Creators, influencers, community leaders, health advocates, entrepreneurs, and everyday fans of Essensa. You must be 18+ and able to receive payouts via supported channels (e.g., GCash, bank).

Yes. Joining fee will be determined based on the type of your Essensa Membership – Starter, Dealer, Service Center or Business Center.

Click Join Now on the Affiliate Portal and complete the short form. Include your main platforms and how you plan to promote. You’ll get an email update once your application is reviewed.

Most applications are reviewed within a few business days. Timing may vary during high-volume periods or if we need more info.

After approval, log in to your Affiliate Dashboard. You’ll see your unique tracking link(s), promo code, and step-by-step instructions on how to use them.

We use link tracking (clicks + cookie window) and promo code attribution. If a buyer uses your link or enters your code at checkout, the sale is attributed to you (subject to the attribution rules in the Affiliate Terms).

It’s the time period after someone clicks your link during which you can still earn commission if they purchase. Example: If the window is 30 days, and the customer buys within 30 days of clicking your link, the sale is credited to you. (Check your dashboard for the current cookie window.)

Unless otherwise stated in the Affiliate Terms, we typically use last-click attribution—the most recent valid affiliate touchpoint before purchase is credited. Promo codes entered at checkout may also override link attribution per policy.

Yes—if recurring/returning customer commissions are enabled, you’ll earn on repeat purchases made by customers you originally referred (within policy limits). See the Recurring Commission section in your dashboard for current rules.

Commission rates are tiered and product-dependent. View your current rates in the dashboard (Commission Plan). We may run bonus promos and seasonal boosters.

We follow a regular payout schedule (shown in your dashboard). Commissions become payable after the return/refund window closes and orders are marked complete.

We support GCash, bank transfer, and select e-wallets. You can set or update your preferred method in Payout Settings.

Yes, a minimum payout threshold and processing fees (if any) may apply depending on the method. See Payout Settings for the latest amounts and fees.

If an order is refunded, canceled, or charged back, the related commission is reversed. Adjustments will appear in your earnings report.

No. Payout Settings are fixed by the company.

Affiliates are responsible for their tax obligations. We may require valid identification, TIN, and forms (e.g., for withholding) before releasing payouts as required by law. Check the Tax & Compliance section in your dashboard.

Absolutely. Share your link or mention your promo code in posts, stories, reels, lives, or descriptions—just follow platform rules and disclose the partnership (e.g., “#ad #EssensaAffiliate”).

PPC is allowed only as defined in the Affiliate Terms. In general, bidding on Essensa brand names, misspellings, or restricted keywords is not allowed. Do not link directly to EssensaShop in ads unless expressly permitted. Check the PPC Policy in your dashboard.

Yes—use the official creative assets in your dashboard. Do not alter logos or product claims. Avoid misleading before/after visuals or unapproved health claims.

Only if you provide real content value and comply with all Terms. Unapproved coupon scraping, leaked private codes, or misrepresentation (“phantom” discounts) is prohibited.

No—affiliate status does not grant reseller rights. Affiliates promote via links/codes to EssensaShop only, unless you have separate written authorization.

Yes. Use only approved product descriptions. Avoid medical claims, diagnostic/treatment language, or guarantees. Always follow the Content & Disclosure Guidelines in your dashboard.

Yes. Clear disclosure is required (e.g., “I may earn a commission from qualifying purchases.”). Use appropriate hashtags (e.g., #ad, #affiliate). Follow local advertising rules and platform policies.

Wait a few hours for syncing. If it still doesn’t appear, open a Support Ticket with: buyer email (masked if needed), order number, date/time, product(s), and where you posted your link/code.

No. One account per individual/entity. If you manage multiple pages, consolidate under one account. For agencies, inquire about our multi-creator process.

In many cases, yes—subject to availability and brand guidelines. Submit a request via Support.

You can view clicks, conversions, average order value, commission by product, payout history, and bonus progress in your dashboard.

Yes. You’ll get access to ready-to-use creatives, copy templates, and best-practice playbooks—plus occasional training sessions and community updates.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Your unique tracking link generated by the dashboard.

Your unique code that customers can enter at checkout.

A customer order that satisfies all Program rules (e.g., tracking, payment captured, not refunded).

The period after a click within which a purchase is creditable to the Affiliate Link (see dashboard).

The then-current commission tiers/rates, bonus programs, and payout schedule shown in your dashboard.

The secure portal where you access links/codes, reports, creatives, and settings.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter binding agreements.

Unless otherwise approved in writing, the Program is intended for Affiliates who primarily promote to customers in the Philippines.

Enrollment is subject to our review and approval at our sole discretion. We may request additional information and may reject or revoke approval without liability.

You must provide accurate information (legal name/entity, address, contact, tax ID/TIN, payout details). Keep all information updated.

You are an independent contractor. Nothing here creates an employment, agency, joint venture, franchise, or partnership relationship.

You may not bind Essensa to any commitment, make warranties on our behalf, or represent yourself as our employee or agent.

Use only the Affiliate Links and Promo Codes issued in your dashboard.

Unless otherwise stated in the dashboard, Essensa uses last-click attribution; a valid Promo Code entered at checkout may override link attribution.

The Attribution Window is [30 days] (or as shown in your dashboard).

Tracking relies on cookies and platform criteria; we do not guarantee cross-device or cross-browser recognition.

Dashboard reports are for reference and may be subject to reconciliation, fraud reviews, and adjustments.

● be placed by a customer using your valid Affiliate Link or Promo Code within the Attribution Window

● be paid and not subsequently refunded, canceled, or charged back

● comply with these Terms and all policies

● Self-referrals or orders by you, your household, your employees, or your business entities;

● Orders with invalid/expired links or codes, or not properly tracked;

● Orders arising from prohibited activities (Section 10);

● Wholesale/resale transactions, marketplace listings (e.g., Lazada/Shopee) unless specifically authorized in writing;

● Fraudulent or abusive behavior as determined by Essensa.

Commission rates are product-dependent and tiered per the Commission Plan in your dashboard. Essensa may update rates from time to time.

If enabled, you may earn on eligible repeat purchases from your referred customers, subject to the Recurring Commission Rules in your dashboard (limits may apply).

Seasonal boosters, contests, and milestone bonuses may be offered. Terms will be posted in your dashboard.

We may reverse or withhold commissions for returned, canceled, or chargebacked orders, or where fraud/violation is suspected. This may result in a negative balance carried forward.

Payouts are processed on a weekly basis after the order return/refund window closes and commissions are approved.

A minimum payout threshold of ₱2,000.00 applies. Payment processing fees (if any) may be deducted.

We currently support GCash, bank transfer, and select e-wallets (see Payout Settings).

We may require valid identification, TIN, receipts/invoices, or other compliance documents before releasing payouts.

All amounts are in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless stated otherwise.

You are responsible for your own taxes arising from Program earnings (including income tax and any applicable withholding). Essensa may withhold taxes as required by law. Consult your tax advisor.

Use approved product descriptions. Do not make medical, disease treatment, or guaranteed results claims.

You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in every post/video/page where you promote (e.g., “I may earn a commission from qualifying purchases.” #ad #affiliate).

Use only official logos, images, videos, and banners provided in your dashboard. Do not alter our trademarks or create confusingly similar marks.

No misleading, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or illegal content; no exaggerated “before/after” claims; no spam or deceptive practices.

a) Bid on Essensa brand names, trademarks, misspellings, or restricted keywords in PPC/paid ads, nor direct-link ads to EssensaShop, unless expressly permitted in the PPC Policy;

b) Use coupon scraping, “phantom” discounts, leaked private codes, or misrepresentations;

c) Use spam (unsolicited emails/messages), bots, forced clicks, cookie stuffing, toolbar/adware;

d) Register domains/social handles incorporating our trademarks (or confusingly similar variants);

e) List products for sale on marketplaces (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, Amazon) without prior written authorization;

f) Make medical/therapeutic claims, or reference prohibited ingredients/uses;

g) Offer rebates, kickbacks, or incentives to customers that violate law or our policies;

h) Engage in any conduct that infringes IP rights, violates law, or damages Essensa’s reputation.

Violations may lead to immediate suspension or termination, forfeiture of unpaid commissions, and other remedies.

All Essensa trademarks, content, and materials remain the property of Essensa or its licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use approved assets solely to promote Essensa under these Terms. Upon termination, cease all use immediately.

Non-public information (commission plans not publicly disclosed, internal policies, product roadmaps, private codes) is Confidential. Do not disclose without our prior written consent.

We may conduct compliance reviews and request information/evidence (e.g., traffic sources, sample posts, ad accounts) to verify adherence to these Terms. Failure to cooperate may result in suspension or termination.
